Hello!!
As months go by and I get a little more familiar with the process of manufacturing, I've begun to form some personal standards into the quality of my products.This also means reworking some aspects of old products (when i have the opportunity to, like ordering a new batch) such that it fits the standards I have formed for my work. I understand how it feels to get the short end of the straw, and despite it I would like to thank you for the support I have received despite my inexperience. Thus, I have come up with some terms that hopefully could ease some worry regarding the issue I have just brought up.Buyers are able to trade in older interations of my products for free at any of my attending conventions.
This includes
- Acrylic products which designs and printing specifications have been updated (ie. change of borders, change of clasps/accessory, etc)
- Paper products which prints have been damaged UPON PURCHASE (ie. missing sections, damaged edges, misplaced foil printing, etc)
Please bring the original product for trade in. Thank you! For paper products, my print should be signed. Feel free to bring an unsigned one though I probably forgot LOLThis DOES NOT include products that have been damaged by the recipient or third party factors.
